Giveaway Rules & Conditions 

By participating in this giveaways hosted on Havvio.io, all participants agree to the following rules and conditions:  


1. Eligibility 
- Participants must meet the eligibility criteria set by the giveaway sponsor, such as age, location, or other requirements.  
- Giveaways are void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring they comply with their local regulations.  

2. Entry Requirements 
- Entries must be submitted through the official giveaway page or the specified entry methods.  
- Participants must provide accurate and truthful information. Any false or misleading entries will be disqualified.  
- Multiple entries per participant are allowed only if explicitly stated in the giveaway details.  

3. Winner Selection & Announcement

- In case of a tie, the giveaway sponsor may use a tiebreaker method, such as a random draw among top participants.

- The giveaway sponsor's decision is final and cannot be challenged.   

4. Prizes & Redemption  
- Prizes are as described in the giveaway details and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless specified.  
- The giveaway sponsor is responsible for delivering the prize. Havvio is not liable for prize fulfillment unless explicitly stated.  
- Any additional costs related to claiming the prize (such as taxes, shipping, or travel expenses) are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.  

5. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention
- The giveaway sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, manipulation, or violation of the giveaway rules.  
- Use of bots, automated entries, or any unfair means of participation will result in immediate disqualification.  

6. Liability & Disclaimer:  
- Havvio and the giveaway sponsor are not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or errors that may affect participation.  
- Participants enter giveaways at their own risk. The platform and sponsor are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from the giveaway.  

7. Participation fee:
